  • We fail to deliver agreed-upon milestones or services, as per the written agreement.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not available for:

  • Work already completed or initiated

  • Domain registration, hosting fees, or third-party tools

  • Monthly subscription services (partially used months are non-refundable)

  • Delays caused by missing client feedback, materials, or approvals

4. Cancellation

Clients may cancel ongoing work by written request to support@ecosell.ltd.
Any applicable refunds will be calculated based on completed work and third-party costs incurred.

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any issues before pursuing chargebacks or third-party complaints.
